Missing Person: Saravia, Marta missing from Safeway on El Camino has been located and reunited with family members. 
Menlo Park PD seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person:
Saravia, Marta 54 y/o Hispanic female, 5'2, 130, short dark brown hair, glasses, wearing black jacket, yellow shirt, blue jeans. MP is diabetic and needs insulin. She has early signs of dementia and will wander and go for long walks.
Last seen: Safeway 525 El Camino Real at 4:20 pm on January 24
MP walked out of store while shopping with her husband.
