OPD Arrests 3 for Burglary – On Thursday, January 21, 2016, just after 12:00 PM, Oakland Police officers responded to a residential burglary in the 4700 block of Tomkins Avenue. When the officers arrived on scene, they were able to locate three suspects, who were arrested in connection with the residential burglary. Additionally, the vehicle the suspects were driving had been reported stolen. Investigators are looking into the possibility that these suspects may be connected to other crimes.
