The Code Enforcement Officer of the Borough of Englishtown wants to remind all residents that the placing of athletic equipment on the Borough Streets or within the Borough Right-of-Ways is a violation of Englishtown Borough Ordinance 2.100.19. Athletic Equipment that has been placed in the street or has been placed as to hang over the street are subject to being struck by; snow plow trucks, sanitation trucks, school buses, delivery trucks, etc....

All Athletic Equipment that is not removed from the Borough streets and/or Right-of-Ways will subject the homeowner to fines and the removal and disposal of the athletic equipment by the borough.
