The Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 3 pm this afternoon to 7 pm Saturday.

Hazards:
A light dusting of snow and ice accumulations possible on bridges and overpasses, trees, and power lines.

Timing:
Rain will become mixed with snow, sleet and freezing rain late this evening finally transitioning to all snow after 10 pm.

Accumulations: South of I 20 generally a dusting to 1/2 inch possible but black ice will form as well.

Precautionary/Preparedness Actions
A winter weather advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities and use caution while driving.
