This is your office of emergency management with a winter storm advisory on January 22, 2016. A storm is forecasted to impact Long Beach Island between Friday evening and Sunday. The conditions will include periodic snow, rain, sleet, flooding and north east winds including strong gusts. The bay high tides of concern are Saturday 9:50 a.m., Saturday 10:15 p.m. and Sunday 10:30 a.m...Plan on limited travel, remove cars from flood prone areas and streets to assist snow plowing. Monitor weather sources for current forecast.
