Three Women Arrested at New Castle Meth Lab

New Castle – Three women were arrested Tuesday evening in New Castle after the Pendleton District Meth Suppression Team served a search warrant as part of an ongoing investigation into the manufacture of Methamphetamine.

Tuesday evening around 9 p.m. members of the Meth Suppression Team served a search warrant on a trailer at 532 W. Terry Drive, Lot 17A in New Castle.  As a result of that warrant three women were arrested on felony charges. Arrested were Amber Davis, age 30, Dawn Heath, age 45 and Amy York age 38, all of the Terry Drive address.

The trio were charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Level 5 Felony; Possession of Precursors, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Syringe and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, all Level 6 Felony. They were lodged in the Henry County Jail.

Troopers were assisted in their investigation by Henry County Prosecutor Joe Bergacs, the Henry County Drug Task Force and the Shirley Police Department K-9 Officer.
