Man Wanted on Warrant Found at Local Motel
Vigo County—Today around noon, armed with a tip from a citizen and a Vigo County arrest warrant, Indiana State Police Troopers descended upon a local Terre Haute motel in search of a wanted man. Troopers located the man in his room, after initially refusing to answer the door. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Vigo County Jail.
Arrested: Tony Kuhn II, age 33, of Terre Haute, IN.
Warrant Charges: Forgery (felony); Resisting Law Enforcement (felony)
Today’s Additional Charge: Possession of Paraphernalia (misdemeanor)
Bond total was $35,000 with no 10%.
The arrest was made by ISP Master Troopers Hans Nowak and Jason Schoffstall, and Sergeant Joe Watts.
Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
