Winter Weather Advisory for 01/19/16 
From the National Weather Service St Louis MO Facebook page:
Expect accumulating snow and sleet on Tuesday and Tuesday night. Generally, 1-4" are expected across the area. The highest amounts are expected across northeast MO into west central IL. The lowest amounts are expected across southeastern MO and southwestern IL. A winter weather advisory is in effect for parts of the area for Tuesday and Tuesday night.
