Duke Energy plans power outage for the FOUNTAIN CITY area tonight: 5pm to 8pm for emergency repairs to the system. 
Duke Energy has notified us that in order to make emergency repairs safely, there will be a power outage affecting the FOUNTAIN CITY area beginning at 5pm today. This power outage is scheduled to last three (3) hours and should return to full service around 8pm tonight.
There is no need to contact Duke Energy to report the outage, as they are aware of this and it is planned. However if there are questions or concerns, Duke Energy Customer Service can be reached at: 1-800-343-3525.
