At approximately 9:30pm the Green Bay Fire Department responded to a fire at 1148 Velp Ave, Windows of Wisconsin. The efforts to extinguish the fire are ongoing. To facilitate fire fighting efforts, Velp Ave has been closed to westbound traffic at Gray St and to eastbound traffic at Wilson Ave. Please avoid the area if possible and plan your routes accordingly. No injuries have been reported. It is unknown when Velp Ave will re-open. Questions regarding the fire will be referred to the fire department.
