HCSO: Sheriff and Investigators Search for Deputy's Killers

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – On Tuesday, Sheriff Ron Hickman and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office will host a press conference relating to the cold case murder of HCSO Deputy Edd Williams.
The 42nd anniversary of Deputy Williams’ murder will be observed on Tuesday, January 12, 2016. On January 12, 1974, Deputy Williams was gunned down at the Victoria Manor Apartments by two suspects during the course of a robbery.
Investigators have tirelessly searched for the two unidentified suspects responsible for the murder of Deputy Williams. On Tuesday, Deputy Williams’ surviving family members will join the investigators currently working to identify his killers.
