THE NWS HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 3 PM EST TUESDAY

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 3 PM EST TUESDAY.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE AROUND TWO INCHES THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...WITH ADDITIONAL LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS POSSIBLE FROM SNOW SHOWERS BY EARLY TUESDAY
AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BEGIN BY 9 PM THIS EVENING...CONTINUING THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY MORNING. ADDITIONAL SNOW SHOWERS MAY DEVELOP DURING THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES ARE EXPECTED DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITIES...SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...AND GUSTY WINDS.

* WINDS...WINDS ON TUESDAY WILL BE OUT OF THE WEST FROM 15 TO 25 MPH...WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...TEMPERATURES WILL FALL THROUGH THE MORNING ON TUESDAY...REACHING THE LOWER TEENS BY MID AFTERNOON.
