SUSPECT 1: Rocky Jason Stanley, 38 year-old male, Morgan Hill resident
VEHICLE: White 2001 Ford F-250 pick-up truck
On Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at approximately 12:24 A.M., a Milpitas Police Officer was patrolling the parking lot of Wal-Mart, located at 301 Ranch Drive, when he observed a white Ford F-250 pick-up truck, occupied by a single male adult, which had been reported stolen out of San Jose on December 27, 2015. The suspect, later identified as Rocky Jason Stanley, was arrested without incident as he tried to walk away from the truck and into Wal-Mart.
Stanley had an outstanding felony arrest warrant out of San Benito County for burglary and he was in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine. Stanley was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for possessing a stolen vehicle, possession of stolen property, providing a false name, possession of a controlled substance, and his active warrant.
