The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team announces that on January 7, 2016 detectives served a search warrant on an address in the 300 block of E Division St in the City of Dowagiac on suspicion that the manufacture of methamphetamine was going on there. Upon searching the residence several one pot methamphetamine labs were located along with items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine. Also located were paraphernalia items for using methamphetamine. One of the suspects, a 27 year old female (whose name is being withheld pending arraignment) was arrested for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. The investigation is still on going and additional charges are being sought for individuals not present at the time.
