The Whitmire Police Department arrested Fredrick Edward Moss Jr. On 1/5/2016. Moss is charged with First Degree Burglary from an incident that occurred in October 2015 on Central Avenue. Moss was arrested on warrants after being detained at another location for shoplifting.
