SADDLE RIVER ROAD
JANUARY 4 to JANUARY 14
SADDLE RIVER ROAD will be closed between Market Street and Railroad Avenue. The roadway will be closed from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, beginning January 4, 2016. The work is scheduled to be completed January 14.
Market Street traffic wishing to travel Saddle River Road Northbound will be detoured to Rochelle Avenue (Rochelle Park), then to Railroad Avenue and back to Saddle River Road.
Saddle River Road Southbound will be detoured to Railroad Avenue, then to Rochelle Avenue and back to Market Street.
This construction is part of PSE&G’s Energy Strong Program, which consists of replacing gas lines. These new gas lines will prevent water from entering the mains and increase the reliability of gas service in areas prone to flooding during storms.
Delays should be expected in the area.
Please plan an alternate route if possible.
