Power Outage Update: AVON-Restore time Tuesday PM. FAIRVIEW/LONDON MILLS Wednesday AM. Those needing Warming Centers call 647-3358 
AMEREN is advising the following regarding the power outage on the north end of Fulton County:
AVON AREA: This is tied to the larger Galesburg division. They are showing a restore time of 4 to 6 PM Tuesday (12/29)
FAIRVIEW/FARMINGTON/OTHER AREAS: This is tied to the Peoria outage. This is showing a restore time of 8 AM Wednesday (12/30).
FAIRVIEW/FARMINGTON/OTHER AREAS: This is tied to the Peoria outage. This is showing a restore time of 8 AM Wednesday (12/30).
Wednesday timeframe will be moved up, but the Avon estimate is pretty solid.
We are discussion with the Red Cross to open warming centers or shelters in North Fulton County. IF YOU NEED A WARMING CENTER: Please contact Fulton County EOC: 647-3358. The Red Cross is advising they can get a warming center/shelter open by 9:30. We need to know if it's needed. PLEASE CONTACT OUR EOC AT 647-3358.
