US HWY 431 Rock Slide
US HWY 431 Rock Slide 
A rock slide has blocked the southbound lanes of US Highway 431 near Highway 205, close to Attalla. The State Department of Transportation is on scene and working to clear the blockage. Etowah County Sheriff's deputies, State Troopers, Sand Valley and Ivalee volunteer fire departments are helping with traffic control.
