Officers responded to a disturbance and determined that the suspect committed an act of domestic violence. He was transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded to a report of a package theft that had occurred earlier in the day. Video surveillance was obtained and follow-up is being conducted.

Arrest: 30 year old male, resident of San Jose; 37 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Driving on suspended license, possession of stolen property
Officers conducted an enforcement stop after observing the vehicle leaving at a high rate of speed. They determined that the driver had a suspended drivers’ license. A search yielded multiple items of stolen property. Officers confirmed that the female passenger had committed theft. Both subjects were cited and released.

Officers responded to a report of a commercial burglary. 7 suspects entered the store and removed merchandise. Video surveillance/suspect information was obtained and follow-up is being conducted.

Officers responded to a disturbance and determined that one involved subject had an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Main Jail.

Charges: Driving on suspended license
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined the driver was driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.

Officers recovered a stolen vehicle. A second set of stolen license plates were also recovered.

Arrest: 52 year old male, resident of Soquel
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia
Officers located a vehicle occupied by a sleeping subject. Officers determined that the subject was on probation. A search yielded a small amount of methamphetamine and a pipe. He was cited and released.

Officers responded to a non-injury collision. The involved vehicle had become stuck in the mud. While attempting to remedy the situation, the tow straps broke. The vehicle rolled approximately 1000’ down an embankment.

Officers conducted an enforcement stop and determined the driver displayed the objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Charge: DUI, hit and run, driving on a suspended license
Officers responded to a traffic collision involving a suspected drunk driver. Prior to their arrival, the suspect fled the scene. Officers located the driver (and the involved vehicle) at his residence in San Jose, where he was arrested. He was transported to Main Jail.

Charges: Felony vandalism
Officers were advised that there was suspicious activity involving a group. Further investigation confirmed the officer’s suspicion that an involved male was responsible for over 500 spray paint tags throughout West Santa Clara County. He was transported to Main Jail.

Charge: Drunk and disorderly
Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated female and determined that she could not care for herself due to her level of intoxication. She was transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 49 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Drunk and disorderly
Officers responded to a report of a possible residential burglary in-progress and detained a male subject. They determined that the male was intoxicated and upset because he couldn’t locate his girlfriend (she had the keys to their residence). He had been attempting to force entry into his own home. Unbeknownst to this subject, his girlfriend had just been arrested on Towne Terrace. Officers determined that the subject was unable to care for himself and he was transported to Main Jail.

Officers located an intoxicated male inside of his vehicle. After some time, they were able to wake him up. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded to a report of an unknown subject found asleep on the resident’s couch. He was determined to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was transported to Main Jail.

Officers located a vehicle with two flat tires stopped in the middle of the road. The vehicle was occupied by a subject who was passed out behind the wheel. Officers determined that the driver displayed objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
