Burglary Arrests: Two subjects charged following burglaries on Evergreen Avenue and Old Farms Road 
The Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department arrested two men for Burglary on December 24, 2015. The two men are believed to be responsible for unlawfully entering occupied homes on December 23, 2015 and December 24, 2015 on Evergreen Avenue and Old Farms Road for the purpose of stealing property.
Arrested were Carlil Mitchell Cherry, 17, and Devin M. Taylor, 19, both from the Town of Poughkeepsie. The subjects were charged with Burglary 2nd Degree (C Felony) and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $10,000 cash / $20,000 bond.
