Full Notification

On Monday December 28, 2015, at approximately 9:07 a.m. the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department responded to an apartment at Hudson Harbour Drive to check on the welfare of a resident, at the request of a third party caller. Prior to making contact with anyone at the apartment, it was determined that a male subject inside the apartment held an active parole warrant for violating terms of his parole. A brief negotiation was established to remove other occupants from the residence. The subject was taken into custody without incident and was sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail .
