MCP advisory of Annapolis traffic congestion due to 2015 Military Bowl and Parade. 
On Monday December 28th, the City of Annapolis will be the site of the 2015 Military Bowl and Parade.
Please expect major delays in and around Annapolis on Monday beginning around 9:00 am and lasting through the evening. Please plan accordingly.
The Annapolis Call Center will be operational for non-emergency calls starting a 7:00 am Monday morning and ending at 7:00 pm on Monday evening.
