Pomona man wanted for setting a woman on fire and later dies, was captured by Altadena Deputy & Pasadena Police 
The suspect in the Christmas murder of a 41 year old Pomona woman that was seen on fire running out of her house has been captured. Pomona Police Department has been searching for 51 y/o Clarence Duwell Dear of Pomona, in connection with this crime.
Earlier this morning a tip came in that the suspect may be boarding a Metro bus in Pasadena. Altadena Deputy Manier, along with Pasadena Police units raced to the bus at Foothill Blvd. and Halstead St., the person was confirmed to be Clarence Duwell Dear, he was apprehended without incident. No other details regarding his arrest are available at this time.
