Be on the lookout for a carjacking suspect out of Ramona.
The suspect is described as a white man between 50 to 60 years old, 5'8" to 5'9" tall, he has a thin build and is unshaven. He was last seen wearing black sunglasses, a zippered hoody, faded blue jeans and light colored shoes. He might have been injured in the crash. He is driving a silver Mercury SUV with California License Plate number 6KLF075 with a sunroof, roof rack and Kansas Jayhawks license plate frame in the rear.
IF YOU SEE THIS SUV OR THE SUSPECT, DO NOT APPROACH HIM. HE IS CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS. CALL 9-1-1 IMMEDIATELY.
The carjacking happened just after 10:00 a.m. on San Vicente and Wildcat Canyon Roads following a car crash.
The suspect might be connected to a report of a kidnapping in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego.
