Missing Person: Kenneth Nowlan Palmer. Last seen: Manchestern Home 10 am 12/14/15. 
YORK COUNTY, Pa. – Police seek help from the public to locate a missing York County man. Kenneth Nowlan Palmer, has not been seen since about 10 am on Monday, December 14, when he walked away from his Manchester home.
Palmer left a note for his wife that said he was going for a walk and good bye, according to investigators.
Northeastern Regional Police say Palmer is known to carry a firearm and may have one with him.
