The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office honored Officer Ron Simpson with a reception to acknowledge his retirement.
Officer Simpson has worked at the Rutherford County Detention Facility the past 8 plus years.
Sheriff Chris Francis presented Officer Simpson with a plaque.
Sheriff Francis thanked Officer Simpson for his dedicated service to the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office, Rutherford County Detention Facility , and the citizens of Rutherford County.
Officer Simpson stated, “I’m just tickled to be able to retire”.
