The Gardena PD Traffic Bureau is investigating a traffic collision in the 2500 block of Rosecrans Ave. Due to this investigation, all of Rosecrans Ave is shut down from Crenshaw Blvd to Van Ness Ave. This area should be shut down for the next few hours. Please avoid the area and expect delays if you are in the area.
