Artesia City Council Reorganizes. 
The Artesia community gathered Monday night at the Albert O. Little Community Center to thank outgoing Mayor Miguel Canales for his service. They also welcomed new Mayor Victor Manalo and Mayor Pro Tempore Ali Taj.
