The service area will include vicinity of Ridgeville, Antioch and Martin, Cutoff Rd, Hooker Hollow, Part of Hershey Hollow, Rt. 50 from Cutoff Rd to Knobley Rd, Knobley Rd from 3/4 miles south of Taylor Lake entrance to Martin, Double Cribbs Rd, Parrill Hollow, Tucker Ridge Rd, Ed Welch Rd, Poplar School Rd, Harness Run Rd, Martin Rd, Belle Babb Lane, Whitetail Sub, & Nancy Hanks Sub.
