Four Arrested for Numerous Drug Charges

White County-On December 9, 2015 at approximately 4:00 p.m. at 2280 North West Shafer Drive near Monticello, IN, an arrest warrant for one suspect ends up putting three more in jail on numerous drug charges.

The investigation was initiated by Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Trooper Weslee Ennis on William Morgan, 51 who lived at the residence.  At approximately 4:00 p.m. the arrest warrant on Morgan was executed at the residence.  Upon further investigation, a search warrant was obtained and Buffey Grigsby, 43, Courtney Hudnall, 19 and Aaron Alt, 21 all claiming to live at the residence were also arrested.  They were in the house when Morgan was taken into custody.

Morgan was jailed and charged with:

  • Warrant for Possession of Precursors Level 6 Felony
  • Possession of Marijuana a Class B Misdemeanor
  • Possession of Synthetic Marijuana a Class A Misdemeanor
  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance a Level 6 Felony
  • Violent Felon in Possession of a Firearm a Level 5 Felony

Buffey Grigsby was jailed and charged with:

  • Possession of Marijuana a Class B Misdemeanor
  • Possession of synthetic Marijuana a Class A Misdemeanor
  • Possession of a Controlled substance a Class A Misdemeanor
  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance a Level 6 Felony

Courtney Hudnall was jailed and charged with:

  • Possession of Marijuana a Class B Misdemeanor
  • Possession of Synthetic Marijuana a Class A Misdemeanor
  • Visiting a Common Nuisance a Class B Misdemeanor

Aaron Alt was jailed and charged with:

  • Possession of Paraphernalia a class C Misdemeanor
  • Visiting a Common Nuisance a class B Misdemeanor

All were booked into the White County Jail.  Assisting Trooper Ennis were Troopers Sean Schaefer, Jerrad Foutch, Clayton Gum, Tyler Bentlage, Jeremy Piers, Peter Stephen, White County Prosecutor’s Office and Troopers from the ISP Drug Enforcement Section.  The investigation is continuing.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
