Third Arrest in Dow Lake Homicide 
OSBI agents with help from McAlester police officers and Pittsburg County deputies arrested a third person Wednesday night in connection the homicide of a young man at Dow Lak near Haileyville. Jonathan Flowers (d.o.b. 3/11/1992) was arrested in the 200 block of West Madison Street in McAlester. He was booked into the Pittsburg County jail on a complaint of first degree murder. A man's body was recovered from Dow Lake earlier this week. The victim has not yet been positively identified.
