Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation special agents have made an arrest in the homicide of 59-year-old Michael Beach of Cordell. This evening, agents arrested Kathryn Lynn Hicks, 44, at 1627 N. Klein in Oklahoma City. Agents tracked Hicks to that location with the help of a photograph released to the public earlier today. Beach's stolen Chevrolet Tahoe was found a block from Hicks' location. Agents booked Hicks into the Washita County jail on a complaint of first degree murder. Beach was found Monday morning dead inside his Cordell home. He had been shot several times. The Cordell Police Department requested OSBI's assistance with the case.
