Signal Repair scheduled for Dec 2 to Dec 4, 2015 at N 2nd at Ethel/Sinissippi Park. Use caution if you must travel through this area. 
Beginning 7:00 AM Wednesday, December 2, 2015, Contractors for the City of Rockford Signal Department will be rebuilding the center median and hand hole at the intersection of N 2nd Street and Ethel Ave. Inside lanes in both directions will be closed while work is being performed. It is anticipated this work will take three days, and should be completed by the end of business Friday, December 4, 2015.
Traffic flow will be affected, citizens should expect delays, and drivers are encouraged to use an alternate route. To ensure the safety of our crews and the driving public, please use extreme caution if you must travel through this area while work is being performed.
