The Wagoner Police Department requested OSBI investigative and crime scene assistance early this morning after a man was shot and killed outside a home in the 900 block of Arthur Street. Eric Daniel Hummingbird, 23, was shot by Jacob Ode at approximately 2:30 Thursday morning. Hummingbird was transported to a local hospital and then flown to a Tulsa hospital where he died. Ode (d.o.b 6/2/1998) was arrested for first degree murder and booked into the Wagoner County jail. Both men are from Wagoner.
