Sheriff Victor Hill's Elite "Stalking Unit" Stalks Robber Into Attic! 
The award winning Stalking Unit's motto is "you stalk them we stalk you". Sheriff Victor Hill created this specialty unit with the vision of stalking domestic violence suspects who stalk their victims. The symbol of the "Stalking Unit" is the panther who stalks the jungle. All criminals are predators who prey on the weak, but today a snatch and grab robber, Dillian Cortez Southhall, became the prey of the elite "Stalking Unit". Running and hiding in the attic did not prevent Southhall's capture.
On October 30, 2015 Southhall snatched a firearm from a victim's vehicle and a struggle ensued which resulted in a round being discharged. Fortunately no one was hit. When Southhall was "snatched" from his attic, members of the "Stalking Unit" also located drugs in his possession. Southhall is now in the Clayton County pari-military jail!
