The Elite Cobra Squad Strikes Again Capturing Carjacker! Sheriff Victor Hill 
Some say that "tis the season for robberies" has begun. However, armed robbers that choose to ride through Clayton County do so at their own risk. Carjacker Marcus Lumpkin learned this the hard way when he was followed into Clayton County today by Atlanta Police in a vehicle taking in a carjacking. APD called the elite strike team "Cobra" for assistance. Lumpkin ran on foot from APD and upon the arrival of the "Cobra Unit" Lumpkin was tracked to an apartment which was surrounded by Cobra members cornering him into a checkmate position. Upon strike force members making entry into the apartment, Lumpkin was taking into custody.
The elite strike force "Cobra Unit" will hunt robbers on a special detail throughout the holidays. Anyone involved in or planning robberies should avoid Clayton County, or risk the high probability of capture.
Kudos to the Atlanta Police Department for tracking this Carjacker!
