Residential Burglary Suspects Lead Officers On A Pursuit.

At about 10:43 A.M. a worker in the area of Antioch St. and Tracy Ave. noticed two males exit a vehicle driven by a female. The worker knew that there had recently been a residential burglary in the area and went to an area where he could see the subjects. He watched as the subjects exited the rear slider of a residence in the 2000 block of Belgrave Ct. carrying property.

The worker entered his vehicle and followed as the suspects left the area. Responding Officers overtook the vehicle as it travelled westbound and attempted to make a traffic stop. The vehicle failed to yield and a pursuit was initiated. The vehicle pursuit subsequently terminated on Maureen Lane in Moorpark, when the vehicle came to a stop and all occupants fled on foot.

With the assistance of the Ventura County Sheriff, Moorpark units and the Sheriff's airship, all three suspects were taken into custody without incident.

Several items of stolen property were recovered and it was determined that the suspect's vehicle was reported stolen from Panorama City. The two male subjects were determined to be validated gang members and residents of the San Fernando Valley.

The suspects were booked at the Ventura County Main Jail.
