See email/web message regarding an Armed Robbery. Police requesting help to identify suspect
November 24, 2015 Armed Robbery Dearborn, Mi. — On November 24, 2015 at approximately 4:15am the Dearborn Police Department responded to the 3300 block of S. Telegraph on a report of an armed robbery. On scene they spoke to an employee who stated, he opened the rear door of the business to complete some repair work on the door. While working on the door, he was approached by two armed men, who were both wearing masks, and they forced him back inside the business. Suspect #1 ordered the employee to give him the money, from the register, and the employee entered the dining area to retrieve the money. While attempting to open the register, Suspect #1 fired one round at the employee striking him in the leg. Both suspects fled the scene in an unknown direction. The employee suffered minor injuries and was treated by the Dearborn Fire Department employees at the scene. Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad stated “The Dearborn Police Department will aggressively investigate this crime and utilize all available resources to identify the suspects. We are urging the public to come forward and provide information to help identify the suspects involved in this crime.”
