Due to a recent power outage at a DTE substation on Warren Ave., there are numerous traffic lights out throughout the east end of Dearborn. If you happen upon a traffic light that is not functioning, Chief Haddad of the Dearborn Police Department requests that you treat it as a 4-way stop. Additionally, there are some intersections with portable stop signs placed and others with generators operating the lights until DTE restores the power.
