UPDATE! Waterline has been repaired. Intersection of Lincoln and Seco reopened for traffic at approximately 10:00 PM
Pasadena Police Dept. advises you to AVOID Lincoln and Seco due to a current traffic issue.
A water line break near the intersection has closed westbound Seco at Lincoln Ave. and will require a detour of traffic for the next 6-8 hours, while it is being repaired.
Local traffic will be able to access Seco St. from Rosemont Ave
