Construction related road closure 
The City of Covina will be repairing a major water main in the intersection of Citrus Ave. and San Bernardino Rd. This work will begin Monday, 11/23/15 at 6 AM and continue for the entire day.
ALL east bound traffic will be redirected at Citrus Ave. south bound on Citrus Ave. and south bound traffic on Citrus Ave. approaching San Bernardino Rd. will not be able to turn east bound onto San Bernardino Rd.
It is anticipated there will be significant traffic congestion on San Bernardino Rd. west of Citrus Ave. and on Citrus Ave. north and south of San Bernardino Rd.
If possible, avoid the area by using Azusa Ave., Hollenbeck Ave, Barranca Ave or Grand Ave. for north / south travel. Use Covina Blvd, Cypress St. Rowland Ave. for east / west travel.
If you use the Metrolink, allow yourself additional time to reach the Metroling parking structure or parking lot.
