Email and Web Body INCIDENT: INJURY TRAFFIC COLLISION DATE/TIME: Saturday, November 21, 2015 @ 11:27 pm LOCATION: Mission Blvd. @ Elm St UNIT: Traffic Services On Nov 21, 2015 at 11:27 pm, Pomona Police officers were conducting a traffic enforcement stop investigating a possible DUI on Mission Blvd at Elm St. While conducting their investigation, their marked police unit was struck by a vehicle traveling eastbound Mission Blvd. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and booked into the Pomona City Jail. One of the Officers received injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. The collision is being investigated by the Pomona Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team.
