Four subjects arrested for Conspiracy, Identity Theft and Theft of Access Card

SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, November 3, 2015, Silvano Flores Orozco, Celene Rodriguez, and Juan Rodriguez were captured on video surveillance at a business in the city of Chino Hills using fraudulent credit cards. During the investigation, one of the male suspects was identified as Silvano Flores Orozco. A search warrant was authored and executed on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, in the city of West Covina. Silvano Orosco, Celene Rodriguez, Juan Rodriguez, and Kevin Minive were arrested. The search warrant led to the discovery of over 150 fraudulent access cards, numerous victims of identity theft, as well as the recovery of over $25,000.00 in fraudulently purchased items. The suspects were booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
