Chino Hills deputies arrest three subjects for Identity Theft, Mail theft, Credit card theft and sales of narcotics.

Suspect(s): #1 - Rekha Bun, 41, resident of Norwalk #2 - Joel Berberabe, 34, resident of San Dimas #3 - Chingtai Ngo, 34, resident of Long Beach.
SUMMARY:
Deputies responded to the area of Turquoise Circle and Feldspar Lane in the city of Chino Hills, reference three suspects in a silver Mercedes Benz stealing mail. Alert citizens called police to report the crime and were able to provide the license plate of the vehicle. Through investigative leads, deputies located the vehicle at a hotel in Pomona. A search warrant was authored for the hotel room and vehicle.
As a result, deputies recovered stolen mail from residents of Chino Hills, equipment to manufacture fraudulent access cards, numerous stolen credit cards, stolen Social Security Cards, fraudulent credit cards, and narcotics. Bun, Berberabe and Ngo were arrested at the scene. The three suspects were booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
