Loma Linda deputy arrests convicted felon, on probation, in stolen vehicle and in possession of narcotics.

LOCATION: Bryn Mawr Ave near Business Center Drive, Loma Linda
SUSPECT: Vincent Sartoresi, 24-year-old resident of San Bernardino
SUMMARY:
On Friday, November 20, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. Deputy Alfredo Lopez was assigned to patrol in the city of Loma Linda. Lopez stopped a black 2000 Honda Civic for a traffic violation. While contacting the driver, Vincent Sartoresi, Deputy Lopez was advised the vehicle was stolen out of the city of Colton. Lopez arrested Sartoresi without incident. Sartoresi was searched and was in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and ammunition. Sartoresi was found to be on Felony Probation for Grand Theft Auto. Since Sartoresi is a convicted felon he is prohibited from possessing ammunition according to California state law. Sartoresi was transported and booked at the Central Detention Center without incident.
Sartoresi was charged with grand Theft auto in violation of California Vehicle Code 10851(a) and Felon in possesion of Ammunition in violation of California Penal code 30305(a).
