Events:
5K, 5K Wheelchair, Kid's 1K, Fitness Challenge, No Sweat (non competitive, non running, non walking, spectator event. Participants may arrive at any time with your own chair to cheer on the runners. Participants receive a t-shirt, a dog tag and a spot to place your comfy chair. The ultimate activity for an arm-chair athlete. )

Fitness Challenge: Extreme Pull-ups, Combine Style Press Off and Squat till you Drop.

Course description:
The course starts by the HCSO Training Academy, winds around in a loop throughout the area, and ends back at the academy where the post race celebration will be held. Stollers are permitted, however, we request participants with strollers move towards the back behind the walkers. Please use caution when crossing streets.

Directions:
From I-59: Go east on Will Clayton to Wilson Road. Turn South on Wilson Rd to Atascocita Rd. Turn Left on Atascocita Rd and turn right on Ygnacio (2316 Atascocita Rd). Proceed .75 miles to the Harris County Fire and Sheriff's Training Academy.

From Kingwood:South on West Lake Houston to FM 1960 veer left to Atascocita Rd, east on Atascocita to 2316 Atascocita (located between Will Clayton and Wislon Rd.) turn south on Ygnacio arrive in .75 miles at the Harris County Fire and Sheriff’s Training Academy
