HCSO: Escaped Juvenile Sought 
HARRIS COUNTY, TX – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office and the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force are searching for wanted fugitive Jahrell West. Fugitive West, who escaped from the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center, is wanted on two charges of Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon.
On Sunday, November 15, 2015, Jahrell West escaped from the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center located at 1200 Congress Avenue in Houston, Texas. The Harris County Juvenile Detention Center is supervised by Harris County Constable Precinct 1.
West has been previously sighted in the area of West Little York and TC Jester. He is a known gang member and is known to frequent the Gulf Bank/Antoine area.
