The southbound lanes of the 45 By-Pass, between I-40 and Carriage House, are being repaired which is causing traffic congestion.
The right lanes are closed which is causing traffic to converge into one lane.
Please use caution if you are in the area. To avoid the congestion, use an alternate route.
