Subject: Unidentified Male Subject

On Wednesday November 18, 2015 at 7:15 AM, the Sun Prairie Police Department was made aware of an incident involving an unknown male subject and a Sun Prairie student.

A female student was walking southbound on the east sidewalk of Kroncke Dr. on November 18, 2015 at approximately 7:10 AM. The student encountered an unidentified male subject standing in the grassy area just south of the parking lot of Milio’s restaurant. The male had arrived at that location approximately 3-4 minutes prior to the incident occurring.

The male appeared to be talking on a cellular telephone as the student approached. The student began to walk pass the male subject when she felt contact. The male reached out and placed his hand on her upper bicep area in a grabbing motion. The student immediately pulled away from the subject and began running southbound along the sidewalk toward Cardinal Heights Middle School. The student was not injured. No words were exchanged and there were no vehicles seen associated with this incident.

The incident was immediately reported to school officials and the Sun Prairie Police Department. The unidentified subject is described as follows:
• Hispanic male
• Middle aged
• Medium build
• Approximately 5’7” in height
• Short “scruffy” beard with some grey
• Wearing some type of dark colored stocking hat or hood
• Wearing a dark colored sweatshirt or a black, grey and red checkered hip length coat.
