CRITICAL MISSING: 16 year old Desly Flores F/H 5’4/135 GRN hair/ BRO eyes.
Delsy was last seen walking away from school campus, Community Day School (adjacent to Eastmont Elementary) today at approximately 2:45pm upset and crying. She is diagnosed with depression and anxiety, but refuses to take her prescribed medication.
Desly is also diabetic and takes medication twice a day. Desly also has a history of self-harming behaviors and is a habitual runaway.
